Booking Form Info

The next step to getting your very own Eleven Six Film is to fill out the booking form on this page.

If you could give us as much info as possible that would be fab. If you are still not sure about any of the questions, just write “not sure” or something and let us know when you know.

So, go ahead and fill it out. Make sure you read all our terms and conditions (boring we know, but it has to be done) and click the box at the bottom of the form to let us know you agree to them all. This is the contract between us.

Once we get your form in, we will e-mail you over a copy of your invoice which will have all the details of your package and the booking fee to secure your date.

Ceremony Only Package

You can add on full edits of your ceremony, speeches and first dance (plus some other extras), but these ARE NOT included in our packages (apart from the ceremony only package which has a full edit of your ceremony). All extras must be added on before the wedding.

Booking Fee

To secure your wedding date we require a booking fee, which will be dedicated from the price of your package. All the details will be on your invoice which we’ll send after we receive your booking form.

We take all payments by bank transfer (details on your invoice).

Wee note: Your date will not be booked/ secure until we have received your booking fee in full.

SUPER IMPORTANT: Please make sure you provide a working e-mail address so we can get in touch and send your invoice and check your junk/ spam folders for e-mails from us, as they sometimes hide in there.
